Hello! We hope you all had a great week! We've got a new Hazy IPA on tap this week. We've been doing the "Hop Shop" single hopped IPAs lately but we're changing that up with a brand new beer with a brand new to us hop: the curiously named "Anchovy!" This hazy uses barley, oats, and wheat and is hopped with Rakau hops from New Zealand and an experimental variety out of Yakima called Anchovy. With their powers combined you get a delicious blend of citrus, stonefruit, and hard candy with a very low bitterness.
